We’re pleased to ship your LAYRA™ order worldwide.

Placing Your Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • Orders placed Monday through Saturday (before 12pm) typically ship within 24 hours.

  • Orders placed on Sunday will ship the following Monday.

Please note: Shipping timelines may vary during promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been packed and a tracking number has been assigned by our fulfilment centre.

This email will include your carrier tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.

If you do not see your confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder.

  • In your shipping confirmation email

  • By logging into your LAYRA™ account and viewing your order

Please allow up to 48 hours after placing your order for tracking information to update, as carriers may take time to activate tracking details.

For countries not listed above, delivery typically takes 10–20 business days from dispatch.
