At LAYRA™, we want you to feel confident when trying our products. If you’re not satisfied with your first order, we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date your order is delivered.
Our policies are designed to support genuine customers while protecting against misuse, abuse, and unfair use of promotional pricing.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unhappy with your first purchase, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@trylaya.com and our support team will review your request.
To help us process your request, please include:
- Your order number
- The reason for your request
- Any helpful feedback about your experience
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Subscription Terms
When you select Subscribe & Save, you receive discounted pricing in exchange for committing to a minimum of 2 subscription orders.
This allows us to offer better pricing, plan inventory, and reward loyal customers.
Minimum Commitment
By purchasing on subscription, you agree to receive a minimum of 2 deliveries before cancellation.
If you cancel after your first subscription order and before your second order is processed, we reserve the right to charge the difference between:
- the discounted subscription price paid, and
- the standard one-time purchase price in effect at the time of your order.
Auto-Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew at your selected delivery frequency unless cancelled before your next billing date.
Your saved payment method will be charged automatically for each renewal.
Manage or Cancel Anytime After 2 Orders
After your second order, you may cancel, pause, or manage your subscription at any time through your customer portal or by contacting hello@trylaya.com before your next renewal date.
Returns & Opened Products
Because LAYRA™ products are consumable wellness products, we do not require returns of opened products for approved first-order guarantee claims.
However, refunds for opened or used products are limited to one first-time purchase per customer.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests where there is evidence of excessive use, repeated claims, multiple accounts, repeated purchases followed by refund requests, or any misuse of the policy.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
We carefully inspect every order before dispatch. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@trylaya.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of the issue
- Clear photos or video of the item and packaging
Once verified, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the funds to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact hello@trylaya.com.
Failed Deliveries / Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
Orders returned due to incorrect address details, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery may have original shipping and return shipping costs deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Fair Use & Anti-Abuse Policy
Our guarantees and subscription discounts exist to support genuine customers.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds, restrict discounts, cancel promotional orders, or suspend accounts where we reasonably believe there has been misuse, abuse, fraud, chargeback abuse, multiple account creation, or dishonest activity.
